Evan is currently a paneled provider with the following insurances. Rates are dependent on your specific plan and the contract your insurance has with Evan's billing companies, Alma, Collective Counseling Solutions, & Headway. Please note Evan does not accept insurance for couples therapy sessions, as the reimbursement rate from insurances is far lower than current market rate.

Private Pay
Evan's private pay rate for a 55-60 minute individual session is $150.
Evan's private pay rate for a 55-60 minute couples session is $180.
